5 Easy StepsLog onto our new website to complete all required forms. Please click the apply online button below and create a password. From that point you may select any form to complete.

  1. Application: Please complete the application completely! Once you submit the application, you will not be able to make any changes. You may save your application and return to it at a later date. Applications are due by December 16, 2019.
  2. Teacher Recommendations: Please have contact email addresses for two of your core teachers before you submit your application. Please submit a recommendation from a math teacher and another core subject teacher. Recommendations must be submitted to Prout directly by the teacher/ guidance counselor to ensure confidentiality.
  3. Entrance Exam: If you need to schedule a make-up date for the High School Placement test, please contact Sharon DeLuca at 789-9262, Ext 514. The entrance exam dates are December 7 or December 14, 2019. For more details on the exam click here.  
  4. Records Release: Have your academic transcripts sent to Prout from your current school. The Prout School admissions office will submit your records release form to your current school. Transcripts are due to The Prout School by December 16, 2019
  5. Crusader for a Day: Arrange to spend the day with a Prout student. You will have the opportunity to select your interests and request a current student to spend the day with! We are limited to 6 visitors a day; so please make your appointment as soon as possible. Shadow visits open up in October 2019 and can take place into the winter and spring.  You can register on-line for your Shadow visit.

Prout is a really unique place of energetic students (which you will better understand after your first Spirit Week) and helpful teachers and faculty. Each day I am challenged by my coaches, by my classes, by a new note I need to hit in a song. And I am a better person and student because of it.
