Nelson Knudsen
Charlestown
Class of 2008
Being both an IB Diploma Candidate and an Honor Roll student, how do you manage your academic workload with your demanding athletic schedule?
I have always believed that working hard in the classroom will translate into hard work on the athletic fields. It is hard to stay on top of all of my school work and be ready for practice each day and it does get tiring at times but I feel that the rewards greatly outweigh the work. IB classes are not easy but the teachers are always available to give extra help and really care about their students. I feel that time management is a great tool to master for high school students to optimize the activities that a student can participate in.
