Early Dismissals
- The school urges parents to schedule appointments after school. However, if this is not possible and a student must be dismissed from school early, a written note must be presented to the main office by 8:30 a.m. This request should specify the reason, time and phone number where a parent or guardian can be reached. Telephone calls and faxed notes will not be accepted for early dismissal. Please keep in mind that the rule regarding missing four (4) days of a class per quarter will still apply. The maximum number of early dismissals will be three (3) per quarter. Leaving school before 11:00 a.m. and not returning is recorded as a ½ day absence. Students that are dismissed early and do not return to school may not participate in any after school activities.
