Completed nomination forms must be received by The Prout School by Friday, May 28th 2010.

Categories for Nomination:
Distinguished Faculty/Administrator Award
Distinguished Alumna/us Award
Volunteer Service Award
Distinguished Athlete/Coach Award
Honorary Alumna/us Award
Young Alumnus Award

Inductees will be honored for their accomplishments as individuals connected with The Prout School as demonstrated through their personal outstanding achievements or for their outstanding contributions to The Prout School today or during an earlier time.

When nominating Alumni please note that they must have graduated at least 10 or more years prior to the induction ceremony. Exception – The Young Alumnus Award is awarded to a recent graduate who has accomplished a great deal in just a short amount of time.

What category are you nominating the individual for?
Distinguished Faculty/Administrator Award
This award is given to an individual who was a member of the faculty/administration anytime during the period from 1966 to 2000. (He/she may currently be affiliated with Prout.) The nominee ought to have possessed a strong commitment to the field of education as well as shown a personal dedication to the students.

Distinguished Alumna/us Award
This award is given to an individual who graduated in 2000 or earlier and who emulates in his/her career the basic tenets contained in The Prout School’s mission statement, namely, “to discover and develop their gifts, to serve others, and to strive to live a committed Christian life.”

Volunteer Service Award
This award is given to an individual or entity who has worked tirelessly to promote The Prout School by providing leadership and support for events, committees, and functions which have helped to Promote Strength in Mind, Body and Spirit.

Distinguished Athlete/Coach Award
This award is given to an athlete (2000 or earlier) who excelled in a particular sport(s) while attending Prout, and who possessed outstanding team leadership ability and school spirit. This award can also be given to a Coach (2000 or earlier) who brought a team to a standard of excellence while instilling the ideals of good sportsmanship and teamwork.

Honorary Alumna/us Award
This award is given to an individual who is not a graduate, but whose commitment to Prout is evidenced by a willingness to share his/her time, talent, and treasure.

Young Alumnus Award
This award is given to a very recent graduate of The Prout School who has achieved a great deal in just a short period of time and has done so by living a life of Christian stewardship.
