Volunteer Information
We encourage our volunteers to be part of our school community, but we are obligated to make sure we also provide a safe environment for our students. Before volunteers are allowed to participate, the Diocese requires the following:
View and sign off on the 3-part Safe Environment Power Point presentation. Please stop by the main office after you review to sign the form to be returned to the Diocese. This Safe Environment review is required of parents every three years. SE-1 SE-2 SE-3
Complete and return the Disclaimer/Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) form. This form should be complete and returned to the school office with a copy of your current driver's license. This process can take up to six weeks to be completed, so please plan accordingly if you wish to volunteer. The BCI is good for three years. Disclaimer / Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) Form. Read, sign and return the Sexual Misconduct Form. This form is required of volunteers who wish to volunteer only once.
