We encourage our volunteers to be part of our school community, but we are obligated to make sure we also provide a safe environment for our students. Before volunteers are allowed to work at Prout, the Diocese requires the following:
View and sign off on the 3-part Safe Environment Power Point presentation. This Safe Environment review is required of parents every three years. Click links here to view: SE-1, SE-2 and SE-3.
Click here to access all necessary forms. Forms should be completed and returned to Prout's main office with a copy (front and back) of your current driver's license. This process can take up to six weeks to be completed, so please plan accordingly if you wish to volunteer. The BCI is good for three years. Also, read, sign and return the Code of Ethical Conduct for the Protection of Children.
