Depending on the town in which you reside, Prout students can access town-provided bus service or private bus service. A late bus is available to students who contract for private bus service.
The Statewide Student Transportation System is open to receive student transportation requests for the upcoming 2022/2023 school year. To ensure a bus stop for the first day of school, both current and new riders must register by July 31, 2021.
Open enrollment and new transportation requests are available throughout the entire school year. The July 31st deadline is only enforced if you require service on the first day of school. Request forms submitted on or after August 1, 2022, will receive the closest point of pick up or a depot stop location for a temporary bus stop. For students who receive a temporary stop assignment, a permanent bus stop will be issued after September 17, 2022.

During the 2022/2023 academic year, these towns will provide free transportation to Prout. Several towns, indicated below, have their own forms that need to be completed.
All buses leave the school at 2:35 pm. Please contact your town for pickup times and locations.
Private bus transportation is available for an annual fee of $1,280 (payable in the same number of installments as your FACTS tuition) and is available for the following towns:

Access to a late bus is included in the annual private bus fee. There is a late bus that serves the Aquidneck Island (St. Lucy's Church) and the Warwick/Cranston/EG area (Showcase Cinema on Division Road). Both buses depart Prout at approximately 5:15 pm.
